I suggest to go to YouTube and look up "Copic marker tutorial" and "copic marker basics" and "how to color with copic markers"
Copic markers are alcohol-based markers used primarily for illustration. They come in a wide range of colors. They are similar to the PrismaColor graphic markers.

The most general markers they use would be copic markers or prismacolor markers those really work, a little bit pricey but they're worth it (:
"Copic" is actually a brand name, so the company responsible for making and distributing copic marks is called Copic. Copic is well known for their high-quality markers, which are targeted specifically to artists. A manga or comic artist, for example, would be a target consumer for Copic.
