I have been having a leaking problem with my Skoda Felicia on the driver's side under the mat water seem's to be getting in.Have had the door seal changed and windscreen resealed any suggestions?

Check the Skoda windshield for leaks. Also check the firewall where ant wires or hoses come through for any possible leaks.
