I have been to the doctor and they say it isn't a heart attack or stroke. Every now and then I get a sharp pain below my heart then it radiates down my left arm. What is it?

although it isn't actually a heart attack, the symptoms are coming from the same place. there is probably a small clot or restriction in an artery near the heart which is preventing blood flow. if what you describe is the worst of your symptoms then the restriction isn't of much concern although it is something to be cautious about when it comes to diet and exercise.
