That's a tough one without knowing the characters involved. I would like to say she's liable, but I'd also wonder why you didn't close the paint properly (unless that was the paint she was using.)
I do many jobs in peoples homes and wouldn't dream of letting them do part of the work. -I often jokingly say I'll charge them extras for watching, as then i'm really teaching them. They usually make themselves scarce then.
Good luck with it, and remember - don't let the client interfere in future.
I suppose you could say it would be "someone who doesn't paint."
Sloan worked with "The 8" lead by Robert Henri. They all had their own styles but I would say Sloan is an Impressionist with satirical undertones. You could also say he was a Genre Painter or a twentieth-century realist painter. I guess you could also put this all under Modernism. -Terry T. Artist at UW-Milwaukee
This is still being discussed among experts. The simplest answer is: hunting magic. By painting an animal the painter could get a kind of power over it to be used in hunting it.

First, what is the value of your time per hour? Could you use your time to make the money to pay for an experienced painter to do the painting. ? Are you experienced at painting? If not, there is a learning curve to completing a 'professional' paint job. Visible brush marks, uneven roller lines or uneven spray of paint do not make the room look 'attractive'. If you love painting & are experienced, do it. If not, hire the professional!
You could be liable in court if they could prove negligence on your part. I don't understand your questions about homeowners insurance? Homeowners insurance would not come into play. http://www.coloradosbestinsurance.com
The person could be known as a painter or as an artist.
They could be in some cases depending on how and why they were injured and what the relationship and residence status is to he named insured. Your homeowners medical coverage is specific to the named insured(s). Generally this is the home owner and resident family members. If someone else was injured on your property due to the insureds direct actions or through the insureds negligence for which you could be held liable then such an injury would be covered under the liability portion of your homeowners insurance policy. Bear in mind though that a homeowner is not automatically liable for an injury on the property simply because you own it. The injury would first have to be demonstrated as the fault of the insured, otherwise the homeowner is not liable.
A retaining wall is considered part of coverage B or other structures protection. This coverage applies to structural damage only, and is somewhat limited. If someone is injured (while walking on a retaining wall etc.) certainly the homeowner could be liable for any medical expenses incurred as a result of the injury.
The expression is usually, "You could have knocked me over with a feather!" It means, I was so surprised (and distracted or disabled) that I could have been easily knocked over with a feather. In other words, my defenses were way down, or non-existant so almost anything could have knocked me down.
You could be liable yes.
You could of knocked me over with a feather is an old saying. This saying means, whatever was said or done, is so surprising.
If it was in your yard, then you should be ok....but if you were in a public place, they could hold you liable.

Not really. The road may be prone to flooding, or subject to flooding.Although you may say "this road is liable to flood" colloquially. In using "liable to _____" one would use the verb infinitive. As you could say "it is liable to rain" (not raining) or "the dog is liable to bark" (not barking), so you could correctly say "That area is liable to flood in the next big storm." but not "liable to flooding." This construction might still be seen used, although it is ungrammatical.
Yes it is possible that you could have some taxable income when you receive a reimbursement from your homeowner insurance policy.
No, they are strong and the only thing that could kill them is other vampires. And they wouldn't be knocked out by the vampire they would just be dead.
