Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is used in exterior applications where it is protected from weather by metal, siding, or roofing. Never as an unprotected surface.
NO! An exterior rated primer must be used. Plus, choose a primer that is recommended for the surface you plan on painting.
It isn't recommended. The toxicity levels in exterior paints are too high for interior use. They often continue to "out-gas" for a very long time.
It is not recommended to use interior paints outside, or exterior paints inside. Interior paints do not have the extra chemicals in them to make the finish weather resistant, and durable enough for exterior use. They tend to fade, chalk, and deteriorate relatively quickly.

Yes, In old construction you do what fits. I have had custom doors made to this size. You will have a problem getting a storm door to match. I would not do this in new construction.
It depends considerably on 1) what you are building and 2) where you live. In many countries pine is normally used for the construction of the frame of a house. Wood such as cedar is used for a lot of exterior applications such as window and door trimming and exterior cladding (including front doors). Pine is not used for exterior applications because it rots quickly whereas wood such as cedar (and redwood) is fairly weather resistant. I don't know if this helps, but I hope so.
Although you can use mid-sized trucks for construction work, it would not be as efficient as a slightly larger truck. A full-size truck at least is recommended for people using it for construction work.
