check the fuses. there are 2 fuses that relate to fuel supply

could very well be the egr valve i would check that as well.

I had the same issue and after replacing sensors, regulators, relays, etc. car still wouldn't start! Finally picked up a used pcm/ecm module (electronic control module) at a salvage yard, plugged it in and car started up. Just to test I reconnected the old pcm/ecm and again car wouldn't start. Put back the replacement and car fired up. I've seen on the internet where people did the same as me, replacing fuel pump, sensor, relays, injectors, regulators and their car wouldn't start and they couldn't figure it out so I thought I'd share what worked in my case.
