You can have the computer system analyzed for free at Autozone and some other car parts places. Look at the age of all of the above, and do the maintenance needed, particularly if you haven't for a couple of years.
because you run them to hard and it causes wear and tear. Specialy when you drive alot at high rpms it causes metal to metal.
What causes it not to crank? First thing to look at is the battery. Have it tested to see if it is working as it should. Most times, if its not cranking at all, its the battery.
This could be a problem with your cam sensor, or crank sensor.
