IF it's paint, blood red with a sunny yellow does the trick-you want it darker, add more red. Lighter, add more yellow.

IF it's crayons-don't even bother trying, Just get the orange crayon and doodle.

IF it's coloring pencils-look at the second one.

Harley Orange is equivalent to Pantone Matching System color 165. In terms of paints used in fine art, Cadmium Orange Hue appears closest. Adding more red or yellow (one of the Cadmium reds and Cadmium yellows) might be necessary to achieve the precise shade of Harley Orange.

You mix yellow and red to make orange. Orange is a secondary colour. to make secondary colours you always mix two primary colours which are red, yellow and blue.
