This is a very good question. Firstly you must wrap it in damp tissues or toilet paper and let it cool down. Be warned that this may result in some slight shrinkage of the penis and/or genitals. After a period of a few minutes lather the penis with a moisturisor high in vitamin E, sorbelene cream is ideal.
It is now safe to wash the penis in a warm, not hot, shower.
