I don't wish to scare you but I had a burning feeling in my left arm although my heart rate seemed normal. Turned out that I was having a heart attack. Go to the hospital, don't fool around, it could cost you your life.

No! they are cold blooded.
It varies with the person. Personally, the first thing I noticed was my left arm aching. The ache you feel when you get extremely cold. Nothing in the chest. Thought it was just a muscle ache. 10 minutes later, I started sweating and had a slight tremor in my whole body. Figured what it was, drove to the hospital, walked in and when they asked what I wanted, I calmly told them Oh I'm having a heart attack. No point in getting excited about it. Some people feel very little and some say an elephant is sitting on their chest.
Ischaemic heart disease may be present with any of the following problems:Angina pectoris (chest pain on exertion, in cold weather or emotional situations)Acute chest pain: acute coronary syndrome, unstable angina or myocardial infarction ("heart attack", severe chest pain unrelieved by rest associated with evidence of acute heart damage)Heart failure (difficulty in breathing or swelling of the extremities due to weakness of the heart muscle)The diagnosis of ischaemic heart disease underlying particular symptoms depends largely on the nature of the symptoms. The first investigation is an electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG), both for "stable" angina and acute coronary syndrome. An X-ray of the chest and blood tests may be performed.Myeloperoxidase has been proposed as a biomarker.Various treatments are offered in people deemed to be at high risk of coronary artery disease. These include control of cholesterol levels in those with known high cholesterol, smoking cessation, and control of high blood pressure.
Your blood pressure will decrease because your body is conserving heat for the vital organs and not wanting to send it out to the arm or leg. If the body does this the blood returning to the heart will be cold and not the right body temperature needed to survive and keep homeostasis.
Symptoms of an anterior infarction heart attack would include classic signs like chest pain, shortness of breath, and a tightness in the chest. Other less obvious symptoms are jaw pain, arm pain, and pain in the upper back.

If you have a heated item and put it in a normal temperature water, it feels cold because the hot water may feel so hot that it is cold. It's the opposite for the cold item.
No, it is not normal to have chest pain when taking a deep breath, this is a possible sign of pneumonia or asthma and needs to be checked by a doctor. The one exception to this is trying to take a deep breath when the weather is very cold.
Heat flow determines how hot or cold something feels when you touch it.
