I am reluctant to guess at anyone's symptoms. And feel anytime a person's health is in question they need to consult a professional. Having said that, you could be having an anxiety attack (panic attack). It is not uncommon, especially when you consider the kind of stress, many of us experience daily. Symptoms of a panic attack are rapid heartbeat, hyperventilating, sweating, feeling cold, dizziness, nausea, etc. However, these are also symptoms of possibly a more serious condition. Please seek medical advice as soon as you can. Blessings. Nikki You should get that checked out, just to make yourself feel better. Now, another thing to consider is this: your lifestyle. Are you using drugs like pot, cocaine? Speaking of drugs, perhaps you are having a reaction to prescription drugs. Perhaps you are allergic to MSG, additives in many foods that enhance flavor.

If your heart is beating as fast as a machine gun can shoot, then you should go to the emergency room as soon as possible. Take Deep breaths, and try to calm down. You could be on your way to having a heart attack.
It varies with the person. Personally, the first thing I noticed was my left arm aching. The ache you feel when you get extremely cold. Nothing in the chest. Thought it was just a muscle ache. 10 minutes later, I started sweating and had a slight tremor in my whole body. Figured what it was, drove to the hospital, walked in and when they asked what I wanted, I calmly told them Oh I'm having a heart attack. No point in getting excited about it. Some people feel very little and some say an elephant is sitting on their chest.
Ive been doing a lot of research. I've been using for almost 2 years now and suddenly I have a severe chest pain that makes it hard to breathe and it feels like my rib is poking my lung. What I've found is that it might be coronary artery spasm, or air emphysema., I measured my resting heartbeat while using and it was a 147 which is really really high for me.
