Generally, foods that are high in bad cholesterol (LDL), and trans fats are going to be bad news for your heart. LDL cholesterol is associated with plaque buildup in arteries that lead to Heart disease and heart attacks. Trans fats are unsaturated fats that can't be broken down by the body, so they become plaque deposits in the arteries as well. You can tell if something has trans fats in it by looking at the ingredients of a food item. If it contains any sort of hydrogenated substance, chances are, there is some amount of trans fat.
Typical "dangerous" foods are,
donuts, processed cookies, french fries, potato chips, white bread, shortening, processed meat, processed chocolate, etc.
You can use your common sense as well. Fried foods and processed foods have a lot of unhealthy fats and sugars in them, while whole foods are usually better processed by your body. A good rule of thumb is, if you can't pronounce/understand all of the ingredients on the back label, it's probably not the best thing for you.
fatning foods
it depends in a structurally normal heart pvc's are not dangerous at all however if your heart structure has been altered by a heart attack or you were born with an abnormality there is a small risk of sudden death best to get it checked out on an ecg

>100 is high. >140 is dangerous. A high heart rate generally means your out of shape. Go see a doc, they'll do an UltraSound to determine if your heart works fine or not.
A heart rate of 119 is a little on the bad side. I would go the doctor and have it checked out.
