No high school subjects are career subjects except for opportunity classes. I suggest you take classes in AP math and English. You will need a good command of writing skills and to think out of the box. Get good grades and take part in your student government. Take the SAT and get as good of a score that you can. All of these things will get you in a good college so you can reach your goal.

If you happen to live in the East Valley (Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale) Of Arizona. Then you cant attend EVIT free of charge while you are still in high school. You will attend your "home school" for your core classes, i.e. Math, English, History etc. for half the day. Then you would attend EVIT for the other half of the day to take your elective class. In your case, Culinary arts. Look into it soon because once you graduate high school you would be charged full tuition. It's an excellent school by the way. They have all new state of the art equipment and instructors who love what they do and students who are learning! And if you are someone who does not want to attend high school any longer, don't give up because you may even be able to take your home school classes online.
One of the benefits of having a school band is engaging students in music. Studies have shown that students who participate in music classes make better grades, score higher in SAT exams and are more likely to stay in school and graduate from high school.

The classes you take in Junior High are not a factor. The classes you take in high school do not really affect your ability to become an attorney. And, believe it or not, the classes you take in college don't really matter. Law students can have just about any degree and go to law school. I was an engineer with no thoughts of law school when I got out of college.
