Check your fuel pump and fuel injectors. Have a fuel pressure and flow test done.
Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the injector fuel rail. Watch the fuel pressure when you start it. If the pressure drops off as the engine starts running bad, it's probably either the fuel pump or fuel filter.
On the driver side front door, underneath the van there is a black plastic cover, if you unscrew it you should be able to find the fuel filter located right there, the black cover too will also have a rounded section sticking out indicatiing a cylindar is there.
