NO DELI MEATS! *Buy free-range chicken, beef, eggs (has no hormones in it). All the veggies you want. 5 pieces of fruit a day. (*Tomatoes are considered a fruit and not a vegetable). Low fat Dairy products (if lactate re dairy products use soy). Whole grains such as wheat, flax seed (excellent) and when making a salad throw in flax seed, sunflower seeds, etc. EXERCISE! Could be a brisk walk, swimming or even on an exercise bike or tread mill. **8 glasses of water a day(cleans fat out of the body and toxins and hydrates the skin.) Eat smart! You'll lose it. Women store up yeast in their body (unlike men) and thus, yeast infections. Although we do need some yeast in our bodies, too much of anything is good for nothing.
