The part # included is for Fram brand since it the the most widely available. depending on the engine size: the 6cyl is PH9688. the 4 cyl and 4 cyl turbo are PH9715
Shocks are exactly what it sounds like. Especially if the bushings are older and dried out.
my guess. alternator possibly? but if you know that's good check your wires going to your starter. that's the most common thing ive ever seen is not properly installed starters. but yeah check your wires going to it.,

The 1990 has a chain. The 1991 has a belt.
There isn't one. The distributor is synched to zero degrees with a scan tool, it can not be done with a timing light.
If it is a 4cyl then no. It has an upper and lower timing chain. If it is a 6cyl then yes. It has a timing belt, an idler, and a belt tentioner that all should be replaced at the same time.
Timimg marks are on the harmonic balancer and pointer is on the lower timing cover
