In 1975 no manufacturer was really recommending a particular coolant.
So any good quality antifreeze will do as long as that is all that is in the system. Don't mix coolant types
I am actually getting ready to try this myself... I talked to someone at Lowe's and they reccommened a really thick polyurethane product they carried. One coat was equivalent to 30 coats of the normal kind. I hope it works! I am ready to try it.

Any brand of antifreeze can be used in a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer. It is recommended that a person uses 50 50 antifreeze.
If the Blazer is gasoline powered the antifreeze can be any kind that is for sale for gasoline powered vehicles.
