Nothing, it will not last.
No mater what you use, eventually a pin hole will develop (dropping a razor, soap etc...) water will get in and the paint will start to peal away.
This is the same for cast iron tubs and tiles. The companies that re-coat them are a rip off. It will eventually peal.
Absolutely not and you should use the same manufacturer of the paint you have on there also. Sorry you can only use a chlorinated rubber base paint on a rubber base paint. If you try to paint with the chlorinated rubber base on top of a synthetic rubber base paint it will probably peel like a bad sunburn.
There are other wall coverings besides tile. Also, you could use larger floor tile to make the work easier. Maybe an exterior paint would work, but should you want to sell, the buyers would see this as a bad shortcut.
Use paint thinner .

Use a high-quality primer specifically designed for bathrooms to ensure proper adhesion. Choose a paint that is moisture-resistant and suitable for wet environments. Apply the paint in thin, even coats using a brush or roller. Allow the paint to dry completely before using the shower. Consider adding a sealant for extra protection against water damage.
