On the 2002 Explorer Sport ( 2 door) the fuse panel is on the driver's end of the dash - visible with the driver's door open and on the 2002 Ford Explorer (4 door) the fuse panel is under the dash on the driver's side On all Ford Explorers there is also a power distribution box in the engine compartment - THE PD BOX IS LIVE - DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY CABLES
try looking on the door jams of the back doors themselves. it is there on my caddy.
Tell me if just one window or all of them quit working
If you are having problems with interior door locks on a Ford around that year it is most likely the door lock actuators. There is one on each door. They are very prone to fail on those vehicles. On several occasions I have had to replace every single door actuator on Fords of that age. The actuator is behind the door panel, and fairly easy to access once the panel is off. I don't believe door lock actuators are very expensive for that vehicle, but you may want to have a repair shop verify that is the problem.
Yes. It is in the door latch.

Use your key to unlock the door.
