They would contain transformer oil if they have an oil filling.
Old transformer oil (made before 1979) included PCBs as a fire retardent. PCBs have been found to cause many health problems including cancers and are now banned from transformer oils.
drain the old oil, replace the oil filer and put in some new oil. need to know where oil filler is
we have a 16 x 20 sign oil painting of the old mill what is it worth in todays market?
Put an awl in the small hole under nieth of ignition switch, push up, with the ignition in the run position with vehicle off. Pull out in same positon and install new one in the run position.which is same position you will pull out old one.
Replace just the steering lock unit. The tumblers are old, and they need to be replaces. After replacing the lock, go to a locksmith, and have him re-key the doors to match your new ignition lock.
After you drain all of the old oil (remove the oil plug in the pan and replace the oil filter) all you have to do is remove the oil cap and pour the oil in there (although, make sure you've screwed the oil plug back in the oil pan). The car will probably need about 4 quarts (one gallon) of oil in it. Then check the dipstick to see if it's full or not. One per plug.
I believe you have a Type 2 DIS ignition system (three coils on a V6 engine or 2 coils on a 4-cyl.) To remove a coil with Type 2 DIS, first remove the two spark plug wires, then the two bolts. I believe the head of the bolts is 5.5mm but it might be 7mm. My mind is a bit foggy from old age.
Old spark plugs have nothing to do with frying the ignition coil. the coils secondary voltage creates a high voltage that jumps the gap (insulated part that attaches to plug and plug ground) it does not back up current to burn out a coil.
Air conditioners have no ignition. Modern Gas Furnaces will have either spark ignition or heating element ignition. Old gas furnaces will have pilot lights.
10w40
Good Old 10/40 is best.
From .044 to .028 depending on: year, motor size, ignition system, fuel system, plug type.
Oil treatments or additives are designed for all engines of there fuel type. However, if your engine is a 2 stroke, its generally not a good idea. Likewise, old leaking seals will not benefit from oil treatments.
go buy a universal ignition key for it or replace the ignition switch, or lastly, replace the switch with a simple toggle switch. there should be some type of repair shop in your town, right? or do it the old fashioned way, hotwire the darn thing :)

You may want to check your manual for your particular mower. I used 30 weight oil in my old mower circa 1978.
