There are a few forums online or at allkpop. There are people who cut the effects out of shows like running man, clean it and put it up online. I don't have a link but just look up 'running man sfx download' on Google and it should come up. They're amazing and you could request sound effects. Hope this helped :D

Most film programs such as Final Cut, Pinnacle Studio, etc has sound clips for such a thing. Buy one of those and use the hundreds of sounds that come with it. They're not going to come after you since that is what they expect you to use them for. Or better yet go into a sound studio and make up your own. Do a search on google. There are thousandths of trained people that know how to bang instruments together or against each other to make up that sound you're looking to get. Good luck.
