After you have used Cut to get past the area where you found the Farfetch'd, you follow the road until you start walking right. Now keep walking until you hit the trees to the far right. Now there should a passage that leads downwards and to the left, right before one of those fences you can jump you will find the headbutt guy. Hope this helps! :D
