Where do you get the unown report in Pokemon SoulSilver?

first go to soleaceon town, go up and right before you exit soleaceon town go right all the way. You will find three different passages going down over hills. chose the last one. go down it. then go down 2 more. then you will be stuck between two more hills. go down the right one. then turn right and there should be a temple straight up. go in. there are 3 or four levels. just simply walk around any floor except for the first one and an unown will pop up. by the way. the sign on the wall on the first floor says:

TOP RIGHT

LOWER LEFT

TOP RIGHT

TOP LEFT

TOP LEFT

LOWER LEFT

and that will take you to the bottom floor. (its talking about all the other staircases) oh and there will also be two trainers in there that will want to battle. you can avoid them. they aren't that strong.... the bottom sign says:

FRIENDSHIP, ALL LIVES TOUCH OTHER LIVES TO CREATE SOMETHING. SOMETHING ANEW AND ALIVE

go to solaceon town. from the Pokemon center go up until you see a gap in the trees. go thru the gap and you see a lot of jumps. take them until you come to the mouth of a cave, go in the cave and there u catch unknown

I'm a pro at this iv'e got evey single Pokemon and item, all my Pokemon a level ahundred and iv'e got all the Pokemon stages (iv'e completed the nation dex) Go to Solaceon town, if you go to the end of the town there's a gap leading you towards these big lumps you jump over. careful there a, a lot. when you make it to the area were the door to the cave is, go inside itthen go to the very end (last four) you'll see four items one's an odd incence(boost the powe of psychic type moves), a rare candy(levels up your Pokemon) and i forget the rest

sorry-_-' oh, and there are 28 types of unoun a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z and ! ?. I hear if you get all of them go to the very end and read the thing 6 or something times and go around and celebi will show I'm not shore cause i got mine off game.

You do not need to catch an Unown to get the "Unown Dex". All you have to do is talk to one of the scientists in the house (in the Ruins of Alph) and he will give you the UNOWN REPORT, which basically records stuff you've discovered in the Ruins of Alph. But to complete the UNOWN REPORT, you must catch all 26 Unowns (A-Z), and then the "!" and "?" Unowns will appear...

P.S. Sorry, I don't know HOW to get the "!" and "?". All the answers I've searched up have been faulty

P.S.S. In Pokémon Silver, Gold, or Crystal, the "!" and "?" do not exist.

I think it goes like this: Once you complete a puzzle, unowns will start appearing in the bottom. You will fall to the bottom floor where the unown appear. When you leave, you will meet the leader of the unown project, who will give you the unown report.
