The flasher for the turn signals is located near the fuse box under the dash in a 1995 Chevy 1500. The flasher for the hazard lights is right next to it.
the flasher is located under the back center of the dash you need to remove the lower center section and the two cover to get at it but it is there.
it's a big (compared to fuses and relays) metal grey round thing that's in there with the fusebox
A 1996 Chevy Blazer Does have a transfer case IF it is equipped with 4 wheel drive
I asked my dealer the same question and he said there is no fuse for the turn signals. There is a flasher assembley. If you think you blew a fuse check the flasher assembley but where is that?
LMC Truck or directly from GM online. GM online tends to be a little cheaper believe it or not. You can also get one at the junkyard.
Next, check the fuse and the relay. You may need to refer to a service manual for the relay location.
If neither signal light works, the flasher may very likely be the problem. The hazard lights and the signal lights work off different flashers.
