There is a modulator on some transmissions. If yours has a vacuum line going to the trans, it connects to the modulator and you simply remove the bolt holding it and pull it out.

Most probably, you have a valve cover gasket that is bad, and the oil is dripping down onto the exhaust manifold, and is being burned. Replace the valve cover gasket.

A code 32 indicates a EGR system fault. The EGR valve takes some of the exhaust gases from the combustion cycle and returns them into the intake air system. This cuts down on the NOx emissions. A faulty EGR valve shouldn't keep a car from starting. The repair for a code 32 is to replace the EGR valve.
If the reservoir is blocking the way, then it will have to be removed.

Vacum line is off of the modulator. The modulator is located behind a plate on the passenger side of the tranny near the rear Cat. If there is fluid in the line, then you will most likely need to replace the modulator.
