If you mean the oil pressure switch its located right behind the distributor.Try to reach down towards the transmission and it should be there, most older chevys switches specially on 350 engines are located the same , if not then look around your oil filter area.

I know on a1987 Suburban the oil pressure switch is located just above the oil filter. Check there. it might there on the '88 also.
The fuel pressure is not adjustable on that vehicle.
