Leigh Anne Tuohy works as an Interior decorator and lives in Memphis with her husband Sean. They took in a young man by the name of Michael Oher. Michael was virtually homeless and became a very close member of the tuohy family. Leigh Anne and her husband Sean adopted Michael giving there two other children (SJ and Collins) a brother. The tuohy family helped Michael succeed in High school and eventually move on to college at their Alma Matar Ole' Miss on a football scholarship. After college Michael was drafted to the Baltimore Ravens. As the Tuohy's third child Michael is still a dynamic and important part of their family.
