Paint emits a strong smell when it's wet due to the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in its formulation. As the paint dries, these VOCs evaporate, reducing the concentration of the odor-causing chemicals in the air. Once the paint is fully dry, the release of these compounds diminishes significantly, leading to a lack of smell. Thus, the odor is primarily associated with the drying process and the evaporation of solvents.
It depends on the quality of the paint. Higher quality house paints dry darker while paints made only for coverage and price tend to dry lighter.
No. If it is a latex paint, it is not flammable when its wet or dry. If its an oil paint, it is not flammable when it is dry.
If you sat and watched paint dry that would be very boring, right? It means boring.
Only if ingested. The chemical properties that make wet paint dangerous don't go away just because it dried.
Once the paint is dry, it shouldn't smudge or run, if it did, the paint wasn't dry. (Fabric Paint, is just like enamel paint, it just has extra ingredients in the paint so it can be washed)
Watercolour has a short drying time. It only takes minutes for the paint to dry. The time it takes for the water to dry is how long it will take for the paint to dry.

Plastic paint, like acrylic paint, cannot be cleaned with water or any chemical. Acrylic paint can only be cleaned with a clean, dry cloth.

The land smells before the water as well. Only, the thing is that humans are not able to recognize that smell. Their senses aren't that strong. When land is sprinkled with water; the smell is only enhanced.
Yes, but the paint has to dry completely dry first.

To effectively remove paint smell from a room, you can try these methods: Ventilate the room by opening windows and using fans to circulate fresh air. Place bowls of vinegar or baking soda around the room to absorb odors. Use an air purifier or activated charcoal filters to help remove the smell. Wash surfaces with a mixture of water and vinegar or baking soda to help neutralize the odor. Allow time for the paint to fully dry and cure, as the smell will dissipate over time.

Keep it for a decoration? I generally have in the past boiled them, then allow to dry in the sun. Then I paint them and they don't smell. You don't have to boil them if they are already dead though, boil if they are alive then that kills them so they can dry out properly.
