Low on coolant or a sticky thermostat, replace it.
Probably low on coolant. Have coolant system checked for leaks.
temp gauge goes up but not over heating
Mr. Brown is the first missionary who comes to Umuofia to build his church. He is later replaced by Reverend James Smith. Another answer could be Nwoye or Isaac, who comes back to Umuofia after Mr. Brown.
A heart rate of 63 is generally normal. Untreated hyperthyroidism usually increased the heart rate so depending on exactly what is going on 63 might be considered unusually low. The answer is probably to check the EKG to make sure the beats are otherwise normal and then just follow it carefully as the hyperthyroidism resolves to see if it stays at 63 or goes lower.
It stays tattoo.
Permafrost.
my oil light pressure light comes on when my car is at rest yet when I am driving it goes off or if I keep the rev count up slightly it is a vauxhall astra 56 plate.Any ideas what this is most likely to be. First be sure the oil level is correct and you are using the correct weight oil for that engine and climate. Then check that the engine idle speed is correct. Then check the oil pressure sending unit for accuracy with temporally installing a manual oil pressure gauge. If all that checks okay, you probably have a tired engine with worn bearings and oil pump.
take the negative terminal off and put a test light between the cable and the battery post. if the light comes on and then goes out. there is no short if it comes on and stays on then there is a short.
mine stays just a quarter inch below midway all the time at normal temp
Your check gauge light comes on if : your coolant temperature guage shows the temperature is high your oil pressure gauge shows the oil pressure is low or your fuel gauge shows the fuel tank is near empty
Thermostat is sticking.
The gauge, wiring or sending unit is bad.
Oil pressure has to built up. As long as the pressure is normal and the oil level is good. There is no problem.
There are a couple of reasons this could occur. One could be that the temperature sender is defective and needs to replaced this is what makes the gauge on the dash show a reading. Two is if the temp sender is not defective then it could be a faulty gauge meaning the gauge needs to be replaced. Also a short in the wiring or bad connection can cause this.As long as you have normal heat temps when in the vehicle I would not think it is ur thermostat being bad.The only thing that may cause the needle to not be in the normal position is extreme cold but the gauge should show a reading. If the gauge does not move at all, I say it's more than likely the temp sender is bad in most cases.I would not rule out other issues but, most typical is the sending unit, and not the gauge or short or bad connection.I could elaborate on checking lots more but, this is alot to begin with.
i have a 1990 ford ranger and my fule gauge always reads full, why?
The floater inside your pump is sticking. You will have to replace your fuel pump in order to fix this problem.
Could be a bad wheel speed sensor.
There is a problem with the Anti-lock Brake System if the warning light stays on ( as long as the red BRAKE light in your gauge cluster is not on , you still have " normal " brakes )
