Almost any heavy metal can be used as a toner in Photography, ... that being said, at one point or another iridium was used as a toner, producing a yellow image (much lighter than sepia) But since iridium is radioactive (only mildly- you would have to eat it or cover your skin with it to absorb more radiation than a day in the sun) there is no reason to use it except for the learning experience

Silver Iodine
Silver iodide is formed when silver and iodine react together. This compound is commonly used in photography and cloud seeding.
Iodine is used in photography as a component of the silver iodide emulsion that coats light-sensitive film or photographic paper. When exposed to light, the silver iodide undergoes a chemical reaction that forms an image, capturing the light and creating a photograph.
Common compounds of iodine include potassium iodide (KI), iodine pentoxide (I2O5), iodine trichloride (ICl3), and hydrogen iodide (HI). These compounds are used in various applications, such as in medicine, photography, and organic synthesis.
Silver iodine is a chemical compound composed of silver and iodine atoms. It is often used in cloud seeding to induce rain by dispersing it into clouds to encourage the formation of ice crystals. Silver iodine has also been used in photography and medical applications.
Beryllium and iodine are both chemical elements found on the periodic table. They have unique properties and are used in various industrial applications. Both elements have specific uses in different industries, with beryllium being used in aerospace and electronics, while iodine is used in medicine and photography.
The element that is bluish black in color is iodine. It is a lustrous, shiny solid with a metallic appearance and a bluish black hue. It is commonly used in medicine and photography.
Iodine can be used in various ways, including as an antiseptic to disinfect wounds, in thyroid health to prevent iodine deficiency, and in laboratory tests to detect the presence of starch by turning blue-black.
Mainly for bleaching, for purifying water, dying, used in plastic, photography and explosives. However things such as iodine in the human body are used for thyroxine.
2NaI refers to the compound sodium iodide. Sodium iodide is commonly used in medicine, as a source of iodine in chemical processes, and in photography.
Iodine is a chemical element that has the symbol Iand atomic number 53. Naturally-occurring iodine is a single isotope with 74 neutrons. Iodine and its compounds are primarily used in medicine, photography, and dyes.
