yes they will interchange . you should have mo major problems switching them.
POSSIBLY A LOOSE GROUND WIRE AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR ON MINE,GOOD LUCK! The most likely cause on the late 80's Bronco & Ranger for headlight problems is the failure of the Dimmer switch connection. I had to completely replace the connector & switch on my '88 Bronco II to resolve the problem.
it doesnt start when its foggy out because all the wetness in the air
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position. 2. Press the select/reset knob a couple of times until the engine oil life indicator is showing. 3. Press the select/reset knob for about 10 secs. The engine oil life and the maintenance item code will blink. 4. Press the select/reset knob for another 5 secs. The maintenance item code will go away and the engine oil life reading will reset to 100. Same for Honda Accord 2009
The D100 probably has the 3 speed standard transmission. If so, it doesn't use gear oil in the transmission. It uses Dextron II or III. The fill plug is found on the side of the transmission about half way up.
i have a 86 bronco that cuts out when it reaches running tempature.
You must mean 86 Bronco II? There is no 96 model.
A small 86 HP 2.3L 4-cylinder diesel engine was offered through 1987 on Bronco II's. Bronco II's were made from 1984 to 1990. so if you find this engine it should fit your Bronco II. Break repair is a big task. First identify where the problem is. It could be the pads, the light wiring, shims, calipers or rotors. Disassemble the system using the manual and diagnose the problem.
There is the FULL SIZE BRONCO and then the Bronco II ( the Bronco II is smaller , eventually replaced by the Ford Explorer)
5 quarts if changing Oil Filter 4 Quarts if NOT changing Oil Filter
