No. Doctors will not do body piercing while you are slated to have breast reduction surgery or implants. Doctors don't do body piercing. It would be unethical for them to do that, a direct violation of there oath and more than likely a violation of there agreement under the college of physicians and surgeons. If you want body piercing done then it needs to be done by a professional body piercer.
