If you are painting a residence the chances are your enamel is a water borne acrylic enamel. Conversely, if you are referring to acrylic and enamel spray cans then the answer is yes you can spray one to another without any problems. Always be sure your paint is completely dry before applying successive coats.
No. In this case, the enamel paint is latex. Enamel means hard, not necessarily oil.
Yes, enamel paint will go over flat paint.
yes, after you spray it with OTMAN SPRAY PAINT you will need to let it dry completely, then apply a polyurethane coat to protect it unless the manufacturer states it does not need a finishing coat
Latex paint will go over WD40 but will not adhere. I work at paint stores and we spray our mixing tables with WD40 so that the paint cans will slide easily and any spilled or splashed paint will peel off if dried.
for ext doors that get a lot of sunlight it is a really good ideal to go with an oil based paint or use a really good latex primer and paint. if you decide to stain instead use a spar varnish after. it gives it a superior finish and protection from sun light.

100% acrylic paint can definitely go over latex. Acrylic paint actually is the same thing as latex paint. Some manufacturers differentiate their products as 100% acrylic and also have a product called latex that is made of acrylic plus co binders and other additives. So while one is 100% acrylic and the other is a mixture they are both water based and considered latex.
You don't. It will peel off. There is a special paint for glass. Go to the craft store and find the paint for glass. In the 1930's there was an art form called reverse glass painting that you may want to learn about. This is still done in movies for special effects.
Enamel paint? You should be able to. I can't see why you wouldn't be able to. You can go ahead and try, but I don't know if it will work.
No you can not. If you do your painting will go soggy

Weather proofing? Are you hanging these things outside? If these are paintings that serve the usual purposes of hanging on an interior wall to be looked upon, you needn't worry about such things. Acrylic paintings are darned near bullet-proof. If, you're talking about a mural or hand-lettered sign, better to go with a good enamel paint.
Having been in the Motor Trade for over 40 years and owned a Crash Repair Shop for 25. Your Question is not to easy to Answer as you most probaly know there are quite a few types of finishes and Enamels. Most people in the trade don't like Enamels although Acrylic Enamel is the best of the worst. This type of finish is Good but not Excellent as it can dull after a few years and cannot be Buff Polished properly like Acrylic Lacquer. If you are going to paint your car go for Protec Acrylic Lacquer it's easy to Spray on and if you get a run, a quick rub down and Blow in another coat of paint . It dries very quickly and you should get a Gloss of the gun, if you don't when it's fully dry after a few days a quick Buff over will give you a fantastic finish. 2 Pack finishes are very expensive are also Excelent but don't use this in your shed as it contains nasties that can ruin your health. Acrylic paint is very common in art. It's used by many artists because it dries fast so that the artist can go on painting without having to wait too much time for the paint to dry up.
