This question has many connotations, in many circles a stick built house is a house built with lumber, or as thatch, in some cultures thatch is used as roofs, side-walls, etc., (thatch can be: sticks, reeds, grass, palm fronds, foliages, or plant stalks, bound together and attached to keep the weather out). In Arts and Crafts, there are many sites on the internet on how-to's, materials, etc., also many Craft and Hobby stores carry materials and books that will give you everything you need to do the Craft Stick House. Some Arts and Craft stores: Michaels, Hobby Lobby.
Yes, Acrylics will adhere to glass. If using the glass outside, be sure to varnish with a uvls varnish to prevent sun damage. I have used acrylic paints on many outdoor craft projects, some of which have been exposed to the weather for several years. None of them have dissolved or ran. Acrylic paints are composed of acrylic polymers and pigment suspended in water. As the water drys after application the polymers fuse together and form a strong permanent water resistant paint. In fact polymer craft paints were first used as high grade exterior water based house paints. Many of the better exterior water based house paints are still acrylic.
I'm assuming you mean "House Paint", so here I go.Yes, you can use house paint for crafts, but considering that it's usually oil based, you will want to do so in a ventilated area. Also, it dries slower then, say, tempra or acrylic. Also, because it is oil-based, you'll have a heck of a time getting it off your clothes if you manage to spill. If it's Children's activities, I would say a firm "No." This is not paint that we want accidents to occur with.Best idea is just to head to a craft supply store. If you're painting wood, there's some great folk-art type paints, they are normally pretty cheap. Acrylics are more expensive, but are normally longer-lasting as they dry to a plastic-type substance.Hope that helps!
Well the institution of arts and crafts.

Acrylic paint is a fast drying paint containing pigment. It is safe to dilute it with water, but will become water resistant after drying. A common interior house paint may contain both acrylic and latex paint, because acrylic paint is typically more expensive.
