To fix a stuck seat belt on a 2000 Dodge Durango, pull on it to release its auto lock function. Pry off the plastic cover that hold the seat belt mechanism with the use of a screwdriver, loosen the stuck belt, and put back in place. ?æ

Chain.
Chain
A Dodge Durango does not have a timing belt. It has timing chain. If the timing cover chain gasket is leaking it is normal to change it while changing the water pump.
there is no timing belt on a 318cu it has gears and a chain for timimg
A weak tensiometer for the suppertime belt, or an worn - over stretched belt. Change belt or tentiometer.
NO Belt !It does not have a belt. It has a chain which should last the life of the engine. **** Actually it has 3 different timing chains. and i have gone through 2 durangos(2001, 2002) both with the timing chains needing to be replaced.
If the seat belt on your Dodge Stratus is stuck, you can release it by trying to pull it gently. This should allow the belt to release itself from the compartment and if it does not happen, you should contact a professional so as not to mess up the belt.Ê
It has a belt.
The belt on a 2000 Ram uses a spring loaded tensioner pulley. It self tightens.
