You didn't put alot of information in your message. However if you cannot hear the motor working then that needs to be replaced. If the motor seems to be working then for how long. If the motor works for the same amount of time that it used to then the window could have just fallen off the track. If the motor doesn't seem to work for very long then the cords that pull and drop the window are tangled and you will have to replace the whole componet. I was quoted about $150.00 for the part if this is the problem. That's my problem with my 2001 Monte Carlo SS. You see most of the newer models have something of a pully system for the window. So if its not any of these I would call a mechanic and explain the problem. If it's the motor I would suggest taking to a shop, if its just fallen off the track then unscrew the inside of the door and remove. Then pull off the styraphone and you should see the track and window. The window should just screw in to the track. However if you do take apart the door then you can see whats wrong with the window and if you can't fix it yourself then you can give a mechanic a better disripption of the problem. Hope this helps!
