To set a 4-button digital frog watch, you will typically need to press and hold the "set" button until the display starts blinking. From there, you can cycle through the different settings (such as time, date, alarm, etc.) using the other buttons. Use the corresponding buttons to adjust each setting to the desired value, then press the "set" button again to confirm and save your changes. Refer to the specific watch manual for detailed instructions as the process may vary slightly depending on the brand and model.
Something that works in every digital device with fleeting memory: Take out the battery.
Very simple Just press the SET button for 4 to 5 sec and it will blink the Sec continuously Now you are in setting mode and press the MODE button to select the time and date mode one by one and use the ADJUST button to set the correct time and date. Once you are finish the job press again the SET button to complete the same Cheers
It's actually pretty simple! There should be 4 buttons on your digital watch otherwise it may not work: Mode, Light, Start/Stop, Set. 1st. Click SET 2nd. Click both SET & MODE If it doesn't work that instant, try clicking both SET & MODE a few more times. And it should work the other way around, to change your digital watch from 12 hour to 24 hour.
If it's the one like I have, there are 4 buttons on the outer portion of the face. The bottom Right button controls the digital time. Compress and hold, the seconds feature should blink...press the top right button to change time. You can fast forward the setting if you hold down that top right button. To get to minutes, hour, day and month just keep pressing the bottom right button, and alternately press the top right button to change the quantity of seconds, minutes, hours, etc. Hope this helps. I was looking for an answer to this and just figured it out myself. :)
You go to it and hold the X button

Several models of this watch have different combinations to change the date and time. So i would advice you to take your watch to a titan showroom or where you bought the watch. I had the same problem with my watch so i did the following steps 1. Press and hold the set switch usually on the bottom left side of the watch. 2. When the seconds starts blinking press the mode switch and go to the desired area you want to adjust. 3. To adjust the date/time press the adjust switch. 4. To return to normal time press the set switch once.
To set the time 1. Hold the reset button until the hour mode (12/24) is flashing 2. Press the mode button to scroll (year, month, day, hour) 3. Use the ST/STP button to advance 4.
