Sounds like a transmission problem
Thermal relay is stuck. Replace it.
A 1990 Cutlass Ciera might hesitate and sputter when the gas pedal is depressed because of water in the fuel or because of damaged or dirty fuel injectors. You might also have an issue with the wiring or the distributor.
brake booster has probably gone bad.
I think the only way to get to it is to go inside the trunk. You will see the wires going up to it. Then after you losen it then you go back in side the car to change it.

This could be the breaks needing replaced, could be a wheel bearing that needs replaced.
Check to see if your trunk is open or if the clasp that holds it closed is loose.
remove the plastic milk jugs and discard them. The clunking noise should stop.

Check you E-Stop Brake on the rear.
Chain alignment is off between the freewheel and front chainring. Also check chain tension when installing the back wheel.
