I have been assigned to do 100 hours of Community Service picking up trash with the county road crew. However, I have Allergies to ragweed and other weeds. My physician has advised me that this would be harmful to my health. Please see his letter, attached. I am willing to perform any other Community Service assigned to me even if I must do additional hours.
Thank you for your consideration.

Requesting leniency from a judge can be accomplished in person or by personal letter. In both cases, the request should be formal and sincere.
twoard there community service because he was not sent to jail yet.
1 day to life sentence, community service,
your pretty much screwed. there is a big possibility that you will do some time.
Possibly. Obviously you were found guilty because your 'sentence' was to perform community service. Only if the judge indicated that the charges would be dismissed upon completion of the community service will the record go away. If the judge did not so indicate, then it will remain on your record. Check with the Clerk of The Court for what the record of your court hearing says.
That may be possible. You must appear at your court date and request it. The judge will decide whether to allow it. Many will, especially if you have extreme financial difficulties. Some courts will not allow it under any circumstances. Depending on the court, you may have to pay a processing or supervision fee while you are performing your community service, and you may have to be on probation.
It is possible to convert your community service hours into fines. Though this is very rare, as the community service is to teach you a lesson. It is ultimately up to the judge in any case. If your hours should already have been done then you may not be able to pay them off.
Yes only if the judge is willingly allowing you to settle it in juvenile court, might have to do community service.
No way of knowing - it is totally up to the judge.
