It is no different than any other clutch, you didnt mention if its 4x4, then you will need two floorjacks. If you have changed a clutch before, this will be the same, and i recommend replacing the one piece rear main seal.
To change the clutch in a 1989 Isuzu pickup, first, disconnect the battery and remove the transmission by unbolting it from the engine and separating it from the driveshaft. Next, take out the old clutch assembly, including the pressure plate and disk. Install the new clutch components, ensuring proper alignment, then reattach the transmission and driveshaft. Finally, reconnect the battery and test the clutch operation before driving.
you pull the engine and tranny out. pull them apart. remove the clutch on a manual or the torque converter on an automatic. then remove and replace the rear main. it's located on the shaft that went into the tranny.

You have to remove the engine first from the car. Place it on an engine stand and work your way on removing the cranksaft. No way to remove it while the engine is in the car.
There should be a small resivor by the brake booster on the driver side of engine compartment for clutch fluid.
To install a clutch cable on a 1990 Isuzu pickup, first, disconnect the negative battery cable for safety. Then, remove the old clutch cable by detaching it from the clutch pedal and the transmission. Install the new cable by threading it through the firewall and connecting it to the pedal and transmission, ensuring proper tension. Finally, adjust the cable if necessary and reconnect the battery.
Make sure you disconnect the slave cylinder and take out of the transmission before you remove the transmission. Remove transmission, remove pressure plate & throw out bearing, and your clutch will fall off. Then just do in reverse - make sure you line the splines on the clutch. You can get an alignment tool from the parts house to make the transmission go in easier.
