Bad ECM or ECM relay.
The ECM relay switch controls the power supply to the Engine Control Module (ECM) in a vehicle. When the ignition is turned on, the relay activates, allowing the ECM to receive power and communicate with other engine components. This ensures proper engine management and operation. If the relay fails, it can lead to engine starting issues or erratic performance.

The rad fan relay on a 93 LeBaron is located on the L/S fender mounted by the shock tower. There's a group of relays in that location including the ASD relay, with the fan relay having a "green" wire that leads to the fan motor and a "blue w/ pink" wire the leads to the ECM.
To replace the relay on the Engine Control Module (ECM), first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. Locate the ECM, which is usually found in the engine bay or under the dashboard, and identify the relay you need to replace. Carefully unplug the faulty relay from its socket, then plug in the new relay, ensuring it's seated properly. Finally, reconnect the battery and test the vehicle to ensure the new relay functions correctly.
