It should have a dipstick under the hood between the battery and the exhaust. To check the level you need to run your run until it reaches operating temperature, after that press breaks and go through all gears, return to the initial position. Put in the parking position, check the level. First time you need wipe the dipstick with tissue, second time you can see the real level. The Transmission Fluid level must be somewhere in between two marks. If it's lower than the lowest mark you need to add more fluid. If it higher than the highest mark you need to drain transmission (overfilling is very bad for your car).

PS: before adding the fluid if you have to, make sure that you are going to add universal kind. Some transmission fluids are not compatible especially regular and fully synthetic ones.
