Well depending on which sensor you need to change there will be 2 sensors on each side. They would be located on the exhaust right by the catalytic converters. sensor 1 will be the closest to the engine sensor 2 will be closest to the catalytic converter. You will need and 11/16 box wrench and a jack or a car lift to do the job. Bank 1 is on the driver side bank 2 is on the passenger side.
