I've looked this up in my resources and they do not list a rear blade for the 2002 Acura MDX. I am not personally familiar with this vehicle so I have to guess that the wiper arm and wiper blade is highly proprietary (specific to that vehicle). If that is the case, you have one of two choices: Have the dealer take care of parts and labor OR buy the part and do it on your own. Most aftermarket wiper blades come with step-by-step illustrated instructions - hopefully the OEM Acura Blades do too.
