Hi, I made a pulley locking tool by welding high tensile bolts to create a tool which fitted the two holes (which were designed to take a tool) then fitted a piece of pipe to it to reach the ground as a barrier, then undid the bolt, it was tight but after that it was simple to refit the new pulley. My old pulley delaminated before I had reached 98,000 kms. Hope this helps. ( I have an image of this tool but can't work out how to insert it here)
