You will have to remove the door panel which will require you to remove the Phillips screw at the inner door handle and also the plastic triangle at the mirror area. You will then use your hands and perhaps a screwdriver to pop the outer edge of the panel off, oh yea there are 2 more screws that are covered with little round plastic covers on the base of the door handle/arm rest, take the door panel off and unscrew the screws that attach the power controls and plug in the replacement part.
