i have an 03 galant, so i hope its the same. its worth a shot though. remove screw from finger pocket on door( where you close it from)and remove finger pocket. remove screw from behind door handle( where you open door) remove it too. look for little round caps along edge of panel. there should be 4 or 5. pop open cap and screws are inside. all screws are out, now pull EVENLY on bottom of panel, there are pins that you have pop out. star at bottom and work up. DONT FORGET TO UNPLG YOU POWER WINDOW CONECTOR BEFORE YOU PULL OFF. TO PUT BACK ON- connect power windows after puting top of panel back on, or you will restricted of how much you can move the panel to get it back on. hope this helps
