To remove the rear seat in a Subaru Impreza, first, locate the seat cushion release clips at the front of the seat base. Pull up on the seat cushion to release it from the clips and then lift it out of the car. For the seatback, look for bolts or clips securing it to the vehicle, usually found at the bottom or on the sides; remove these using a socket wrench or appropriate tool. Finally, lift the seatback upward to detach it from the vehicle.
