replacing the rear main seal is not an easy task. you should have a good amount of auto mechanical knowledge to attempt this. basically you need to remove the transmission from the car. this gives you access to the flywheel. the flywheel has a few bolts on it remove the bolt and your rear main seal is there. note if your car is standard take a good look at the wear on your clutch and flywheel while youh ave the trans down.
