Each motor mount is held in place by a retaining bolt. The retaining bolt goes through the middle of the motor mount. Remove the retaining bolt. Jack the engine up. Replace the motor mount.

They say it is very difficult to do at home, but at a shop with a lift it is a fairly easy job, and not too expensive. Mazda 626 frm 1996 doesn't have O2 sensors, have you ECU/PCM inspected, it might have a minor damage.
